The Ballot
Friday Nights, before April 7th at Sumo Japanese Steak House (Located at 1301 Martha-Berry Blvd, Rome, Ga 30161) Beginning at 9:00 pm, Ballots were passed out to all of the attendees and particpating singers. Each person was asked for up to three nominees in each of the following categories: Most Outrageous Performance; Best Group Performance; People's Choice - Male; People's Choice - Female; Most Improved Female; Most Improved Male; Best New Performer - Female (Performing Under 1 Year); Best New Performer - Male (Performing Under 1 Year); Favorite Regular Singer - Female (Performing Over 1 Year); Favorite Regular Singer - Male (Performing Over 1 Year).
On the following Thurday nights, up to April 21st, everyone was allowed to vote for their favorite performer in the following categories:
